Hidden Valley Clothing offer a flat shipping and handling fee of $15* Australia wide, or free for purchases over $100.

Express shipping available for domestic parcels for $20 flat rate

Hidden Valley Clothing utilise the services of the Australian Postal service for our delivery. Each parcel has a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel is in the post. 

Expectations:

• Hidden Valley Clothing expected delivery time is from 3-10 business days
• Some items will have a delayed shipping and may have an expected delivery time of 10 business days, these items state so in their description, if an item you have ordered is expected to have a delay you shall be informed via email.
• It is our endeavour that items shall reach our customers in less than 14 days, if for any reason is has been 14 days since you placed your order with us and there has been no update please get in contact with us.
