Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Hidden Valley Clothing chooses to ship with Australia Post. Currently (updated Dec 2021) there are reported delays with this postal service, due to high demands and the impact of the global pandemic Covid-19.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Hidden Valley Clothing offers $15 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders (within Australia), please be aware that this cost contributes to associated shipping and packaging fees.
Free shipping is automatically applied on all orders $100* and over.
*Free shipping does include hats offered in the Akubra range.
In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store location, 143 Dowling Street, Dungog, NSW 2420. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9-4 from Monday to Friday and 10-1 on Saturdays. For any collection outside of these hours please contact the store on 0458289989. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Currently Hidden Valley Clothing offers international shipping to New Zealand only.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@hiddenvalleyclothing.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
