Here at Hidden Valley Clothing we would like to have you satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with the fit or you feel the product is not what you expected, you may exchange, replace or have your purchase refunded when it is returned in saleable condition with tags still attached. Please see below for terms and conditions.
Returns should be made within 30 days of delivery.
Hidden Valley Clothing is not responsible for the cost of shipping when returning an item, however if the item is deemed faulty and replacement is issued, the cost of return shipping from purchaser to HVC will be refunded.
All products must be returned in their original packaging where tags are attached and boxes in tact. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please include a copy of receipt as proof of purchase, please also make a comment or note requesting an exchange or refund and any details in relation to your request.
All Footwear must be returned in original condition, unworn in the box they were supplied and inclosed in a postage satchel or wrapped in paper for the box to be protected. Any footwear returned in a manner where the shoes or the box is unsellable, will not be refunded or replaced, and will be returned to the purchaser. There will be no exceptions.
Hidden Valley Clothing will not be refunding or exchanging on any Clearance items as these are generally the last of an item, or end of season stock. If there is a clearance item purchased and is faulty please contact us to discuss this immediately.
Hidden Valley Cothing wishes to assist where possible on all matters, however if a request for exchange is made and request is unable to be fulfilled a refund will be applied.
All refunds will be processed to the payment type in which the original payment was sourced. Refunds and Excahnges will not take place until the original item has been returned to Hidden Valley Clothing to enusre all Terms and conditions are met.
Please take into consideration postage time frames when returning and awaiting for the exchange to arrive.
Hidden Valley Clothing suggest returning with Australia post or a postal service that will provide you with a tracking number, If the parcel is lost once posted, the sender will need to follow this up with the postal service used.
